1. Agreement to Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the Rapiber application, website, or peer-to-peer mobility services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
To register as a renter or host, you must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid government-issued driver's license appropriate for the vehicle class, and pass our digital identity verification checks.
2. Vehicle Host Standards
Vehicle hosts warrant that all listed vehicles possess valid registration, active insurance, up-to-date emissions certificates, and meet all local safety inspection requirements.
⚡ Hosts must maintain their vehicles in mechanically sound condition and ensure full cleanliness prior to every trip handover.
3. Prohibited Uses & Conduct
- No Subleasing: Renters shall not sublease, assign, or allow unauthorized third parties to drive the vehicle.
- No Reckless Operation: Driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, racing, or off-roading in non-designated vehicles is strictly forbidden and results in immediate account forfeiture.
- No Illegal Transport: Transporting hazardous materials or illegal contraband is strictly prohibited and subject to law enforcement prosecution.
4. Liability & Dispute Resolution
Users agree to adhere to all terms of service and local traffic laws. Any disputes arising from vehicle bookings shall be settled via Rapiber support mediation and binding arbitration.
